Policies & Terms.

When you place an order or contact us, we use the contact, delivery and order details you share to respond to you and support your order.

You may ask to access or correct personal details associated with an order by contacting hello@thesignaturecloset.co.ke. The Kenyan Data Protection Act recognises rights including access, correction and objection to processing.

The storefront uses essential browser storage to remember your bag, selected currency and welcome-message preference. These settings help the shop work the way you expect when you move between pages or return to the site.

You can clear this storage in your browser settings. Clearing it may also clear the pieces saved in your bag.

Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings. The USD amount is an estimate for browsing; order totals are confirmed in KES.

Delivery is available to addresses in Kenya. Standard delivery is KES 500, and delivery is complimentary on orders of KES 15,000 or more. Your delivery charge appears in the order summary before you place an order.

Please check the size, colour, contact details and delivery address in your order before placing it. Your order reference appears on the confirmation page; keep it for any questions about your order.
