Fit & sizing
Available sizes and colours are listed on each product page. Choose the size you usually wear as your starting point. If you would like help with a specific piece, email us with its name and your usual size.
Shipping & delivery
We deliver to addresses across Kenya. Standard delivery is KES 500, and orders of KES 15,000 or more receive complimentary delivery. Choose your county at checkout to see the delivery charge in your order summary.
Returns & exchanges
For help with a return or exchange, contact us with your order reference and the piece you would like help with before sending it back. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Placing an order
Choose a size and colour on the product page, add the piece to your bag, then enter your contact and delivery details at checkout. Review your order total before placing your order, and keep the reference shown on your confirmation page.

Can I place an international order?
The checkout accepts Kenyan delivery addresses. You can browse prices in KES or view an approximate USD conversion with the currency selector.
Does choosing USD change the order currency?
No. USD is an estimate for browsing. Order totals and order records are in Kenyan shillings.
Where can I find my order reference?
Your reference appears on the order confirmation page. Keep it handy if you contact us about your order.
